We went from the JC to Turkey. It was a LOT of waiting. I felt like my IQ was going down because I didn't have to think the whole way over there. I would see a line of students and go stand in line with them. None of us really knew what we were doing but we didn't have to know, the teachers told us what to do.
The plane ride was awesome. We went on Turkish Air which had bright blue seats, pillows that don't make you gag, seats that recline more than usual, AND the best airplane food ever! It was a chicken salad sandwich with a chocolate brownie. The chicken tasted a little weird but still by far the best food I have ever had on an airplane.
I found out that Elyse (one of the coolest people I have ever met) was actually pen pals with Emily Albright all growing up. That was a very happy find!
We had dinner of eggplant and a few meatballs. I didn't eat too much.
That night I stayed up late talking to my roommate Lauren. She is an amazing girl and it was fun to get to know her better!
